黑森科技（OTSO）近日宣布完成 300 萬美元（約新臺幣 9,700 萬元）Pre-A 輪募資，投資人包含 AVA Angels 安發(fā)元天使基金、炙星投創(chuàng)、雲(yún)豹能源科技共同創(chuàng)辦人譚宇軒，以及上市電子公司董事長個人資金。
OTSO 的SoFinX 是一個以數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的 SaaS 服務(wù)系統(tǒng)，藉由匿名的「投資者行為數(shù)據(jù)」來面對瞬息萬變的交易市場的趨勢。對證券商來說，如果使用了 SoFinX 服務(wù)，就可以把某些投資好手的行為做為訊號源提供給其他投資者，來當(dāng)作投資的參考依據(jù)，以降低投資門檻。
此次募資資金將用於加速拓展全球市場佈局。OTSO 的目標(biāo)是在 2025 年達成全球 200 間經(jīng)紀(jì)商客戶、並創(chuàng)造超過 7.2 兆美元的交易量。
OTSO Fintech raises $3 million in Pre-A round
OTSO Fintech, a financial technology startup based in Taiwan, recently announced that it has closed a $3 million (approximately NT$97 million) Pre-A round of funding. The round was led by AVA Angels. Other investors include Asterisk Capital, co-founder of Yunbao Energy Technology, and the chairman of a publicly listed electronics company.
OTSO's SoFinX is a data-driven SaaS service system that uses anonymous "investor behavior data" to address the ever-changing trends of the trading market. For brokerages, using SoFinX services can provide signals from some top traders to other investors. Followers can use these signals as analysis tools and reference materials for investment, which can reduce the investment threshold.
The proceeds from this round of funding will be used to accelerate the global market expansion of OTSO. The company aims to achieve 200 brokerage clients worldwide and generate over $7.2 trillion in trading volume by 2025.
